Public Comments:
Anyone wishing to speak before the Board, either as an individual or as a member of a group, may do so when the Board Chair calls for any public comment near the end of the meeting (see agenda). Individuals desiring to speak shall give their name, and the group/business they represent, if any. A speaker is limited to three minutes unless granted an extension of time. The Board will take action only on scheduled agenda items, not on general comments.
